She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Davis and Nannie Charles Davis; her husband Carl Madison Pelfrey; and her siblings, Russell Davis, Chalmer Davis, Hayward Davis, Bobbie Z. Davis, Ethel Caskey, Christine Combs and Elsie Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Pelfrey Jr. of Morehead, Steven Pelfrey of Morehead, Vernon Pelfrey (Sandra) of Harrodsburg and Carole Swanson Crowder (Greg) of Madison; her grandchildren, Cindy Pelfrey, Clineon Paul Pelfrey, Erica Swanson, Megan Pelfrey and Stephanie Pelfrey; her great grandchildren, Tiffany Turner, Amy Turner, Zachary Turner, Layne Pelfrey, DaNolan Hampton and Caleb Diller; and her great great grandchildren, Bentley, Bryce and Eric Turner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 4:00 PM.
