He is survived by: his children, James Edward Conn (Mona Annette), John Davis Conn (Missy) and Francis Whitt of Morehead; and his brother Curtis Ray Conn of Morehead. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
