He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry I. Grimshaw and Edna F. Woodcock Grimshaw; his children, Waneta Fern Grimshaw Scharff and Ed Grimshaw; his siblings, Herbert "Leroy" Grimshaw, Frederick Grimshaw, Dennis Grimshaw, Deloris Palmerton, Mary Smedley and Verna Folsom; and his wife Alta Maude "Sis" Kribs Grimshaw.
He is survived by: his children, Ivan Grimshaw (Debbie) of Morehead and Janet Young (Steve) of Salt Lick; his sister Carol Grimshaw of Caro, Michigan; and his daughter-in-law Erenia Grimshaw of Bonnieville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
