He is survived by: his wife Jewell Collins Lacy; his children, Garold "Scooter" Lacy, Jr. (Sheila) of Morehead, Rob Lacy (Marsha) of Morehead and Regina Workman (Tony) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, John Lacy, Ryan Lacy, Jon Lacy, Wes Lacy and Kasi Burke; and his sister-in-law Jane Lacy Highfield of Morehead. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
