With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gary Fultz (Morehead, Kentucky), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Fultz and Ruby Nicholson Fultz; his brothers, Dale Fultz and John Fultz; and his nephew Adam Borror.
He is survived by: his children, James Fultz (Jody) of Wayne, Deanna Mason (Bryan) of Owingsville and Bobbie Jo Willoughby of Mt. Sterling; his grandchildren, Robert Mason, Nichole Mason, Desi Parkinson and Lannie Parkinson; his great grandchildren, Abel Mason, Haley Mason and Mae Mae Bowling; his close friend Karen Wagner of Morehead; his grandchildren, Ali, Tucker and Titus Shay; and his siblings, Greg Fultz of Grayson, Regina Fultz of Port Clinton, Ohio and Robin Fultz of Port Clinton, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as other extended family.
