He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Clell Fannin and Nancy Jane Simmons Fannin; his wife Marcella S. Wagoner Fannin; and his siblings, Omega Virginia Lambert, Madge Nantz, Ruby Dixon, Nancy Cooley and Herman Fannin.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Jane" Williams (Ryan) of Morehead and Ronald Lee "Ron" Fannin (Kieryn) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Kara Lyna Cooper, Bryannah Lula Rochelle Isaacs, Ryan O'Neil "Bub" Williams II, Tiarah Marie Andrea Fannin and Karsen Jelaine Fannin; his great grandchildren, Lucas Matthew Cooper and Karmin Nicole Cooper; his siblings, Paul Fannin of Spring Lake and Clara Taylor of Morehead; and his close friend Pauline "Polly" Stamper. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
