He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Fluty, Jr. and Ruby Anderson Fluty; and his brother Grover Cleveland Fluty III. He is survived by: his wife Sophia W. Fluty; and his children, James Fluty II (Lisa) of Winchester, Kentucky and Devon M. Fluty of Independence, Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
