He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna Dahlberg (Poole) and Ernie Dahlberg; and his brother-in-law Tom Evered. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Nancy Henly; his children, Molly (Travis) and Tommy (Sarah); his grandchildren, Warren and Sybil; his siblings, Scott (Laurie), Tom (Helen), Mary (Tom), John (Nadia), Liz, Jim (Constance), Anne (Howard) and Julie (Bernd); and his caregiver Ashley Nicole Watson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
