He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Holbrook; and his siblings, Donald Edward Holbrook, Ernest Eugene Holbrook, Jr. and Deborah Jean Manning. He is survived by: his mother Beulah Faye Holbrook; his children, Hunter Holbrook of Mt. Orab, Allen Holbrook of Mt. Sterling and Micheala Bailey of Mt. Orab, Ohio; his sister Lisa Stewart of Morehead; and his close friend Rick Milburn. He is also survived by four grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
