He is survived by: his children, Anita Stamper, Mary Bates and Jeff Jr.; his daughter-in-law Regina Stamper; his grandchildren, Danielle Ward, B. J. Ward (Megan Ward), Joel Ward (Abbey Ward) and Sophia Henderson; and his great grandchildren, James, Meeka, Catlyn, Noah, Henry, Logan, Danica and Danny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
