He is survived by: his children, Chris Hamilton (Glenna) of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Chelsa Hamilton (Samantha) of Olive Hill, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Hamilton and Colton Hamilton; his siblings, Robert Hamilton (Lorene) of New Castle, Indiana of Knightstown, Roger Hamilton (Nancy) of Knightstown, Terry Hamilton of Knightstown, Timothy Hamilton (Rosie) of Clearfield, Kentucky, Martha Richmond (George) of Greenfield, Indiana of Olive Hill, Joyce Hamilton (Greg McRoberts) of Olive Hill, Jennifer Riley (Barry) of Olive Hill, Sandy Lavine (David) of Wichita Falls and Sheila Davis (Gary) of Olive Hill, Kentucky; his close friends, Michael Bowden of Shelly Rogers, MD and Arlene Rogers; Jeanie Fraley. He is also survived by many other relatives, dear friends and his church family.
