In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jimmy leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jimmy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. "Jim" Howard and Mary Elizabeth Stevens Howard; and his father-in-law Allen Stevens. He is survived by: his children, Boone Howard (Summer) of Morehead and Scout Howard of Morehead; and his close friend Barry Porter. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Stevens Family Cemetery - Sandy Hook (2593 Sheepskin Rd, Sandy Hook, KY 41171).
