He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. Spurlock and Anna Pearl Patton Spurlock; and his brothers, William Clayce "Doc" Spurlock, Howard DeForest "De" Spurlock and Bobby Gene Spurlock.
He is survived by: his brothers, Billy W. (Lois Spurlock), Larry Joe (Deborah K. Spurlock) and Wendell Watson of Florence, Kentucky.; Sharon Sue. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
