He is survived by: his siblings, Lucille Abbott of Franklin, IN, Charles McIntosh of Dunnellon, FL, David McIntosh (Lále) of Inverness, FL, Jeroma Miller of Franklin, IN and Donald McIntosh (Brenda) of Greenwood, IN.; his father-in-law Allen "Red" Hamilton; his brothers-in-law, Scotty Hamilton and Brad Hamilton of Weeksbury, KY.; his wife Priscilla Jo Hamilton; his children, John Robert "Rob" McIntosh II, Sarah Jane, Rebekah Jo McIntosh and Eva Jane McIntosh; and his cousin Reverend Lonard Burke.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Slab Camp Christian Church (850 Clack Mountain East Rd, Clearfield, KY 40313).
