He is survived by: his father Johnnie Ray Smith (Martha) of Greenup; his children, Madison Haden (Will) of Louisville and Josh Arthur of Morehead, Kentucky; his siblings, Clinton Smith (Amy), Maggie Kiefer of Greenup, Kentucky and Chelsie Gilliam (Brandon) of Greenup, Kentucky; his stepsiblings, Feller Hall of Peebles, Ohio, Davina Walters (Ray) of Portsmouth, Jessica Loper of Portsmouth, Tammy Parker of Winchester and Crystal Stewart of Grand Island, Florida.; his parents-in-law, Bill Arthur and Sharon Arthur of Irvine, Kentucky; his nieces and nephews, Alison Neese, Emma Gilliam, Ellie Gilliam, Alaina Kilgore, Bridger Smith, Melissa Rowe, Shephard Smith, JW Gilliam and Elijah Kiefer; his uncle Steve Worthington; his pets, Paisley Greer and Lola Greer; Debbie Hall (Ronnie) of Peebles, Ohio.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Crowe Cemetery.
