She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Howard and Ada Howard (Helton); her son Jimmy Caudill; her siblings, Arnett Howard, Lloyd Lawson Howard, Zella Isaac, Ella Mae Howard and Margaret Arnett; and her grandson Brandon Caudill.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Alcorn of South Lebanon, Tommy Caudill of Cincinnati and Terry Caudill of Morehead; her children-in-law, Freddie Alcorn, Dianne Caudill and Rhea Caudill; her siblings, Paul Howard, Geraldine Skaggs and Edith Williams; her grandchildren, James Caudill, Jessica Caudill, Katelynn Alcorn, Kariss Alcorn-Reardon (Andy), Kiley Alcorn, Tyler Caudill, Hannah Caudill and Alex Caudill; and her great grandchildren, Jayla Caudill, Xander Caudill, Kaiden Amen and Thoth Amen Jr..
