She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Caudill and Ruth Manning Binion Caudill; and her brother Doug Caudill. She is survived by: her daughters, Kemberly Tackett of Clearfield, Krista Utterback and Mel of Morehead; her granddaughter Kiley Utterback; and her siblings, Steve Caudill (Tammy) of Morehead and Sonja Caudill of Morehead. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
