He is survived by: his wife Patricia Muse Banks; his children, Ashley Stevens (Jason) of Morehead, Jobe Banks of Morehead, Brantley Banks of Morehead and Ivy Muse of Morehead; his grandchildren, Rebekah Stevens, Brooklyn Stevens, Ava Stevens, Arlow Stevens, Jaxon Banks and Jenson Banks; and his great grandchild Paisley Reed. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
