He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Clinton and Virgie Lambert Manning; and his siblings, Earnest Clinton Manning Jr., Hollie D. Manning, John Paul Manning, Kenneth Ray Manning, Joyce Turvy, Ruth Caudill and Shelby Manning.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Manning; his daughter Lorie Lepper (Scott); his grandsons, Shane Manning (Czarina) and Steven Bloodworth (Robyn); his great grandchildren, Aubrey of Michigan and Alex of Michigan; and his sister Nona Bartell of Reeds Spring, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins; extended family; and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals Memorial Chapel (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A burial was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at the Ditney Cemetery.
