She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery Lykins and Hazel McClurg Lykins; her husband Larry Hough; her siblings, Kenny Lykins, Larry Lykins and Donna Moore; and her grandson Travis Kelsey.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Kelsey of Morehead, Carl Blumenhorst, Jr. of Ridgeville, Indiana, Connie Kelsey of Dunkirk, Indiana and Barbara Kelsey of Dunkirk, Indiana; and her siblings, David Lykins of Muncie, Bobby Lykins of Portland, Jerry Lykins of Dunkirk, Indiana and Carolyn Everhart of Dunkirk, Indiana. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
