She was predeceased by: her parents, Ballard Stephens and Bonnie Marie Mumford Stephens; her brother Charles Stephens; and her brothers-in-law, John Drake and Gerald Whitt.
She is survived by: her husband John Estill Stamper; her daughter Carolyn Michelle Stamper Serauskas (Chuck) of LaCrosse, Wisconsin; her grandson Charlie Serauskas (Liz); her great grandchild Lilly Serauskas of Onalaska, Wisconsin.; and her sisters, Carolyn Drake of Lawrenceburg and Brenda Whitt of Sandy Hook.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at the Stamper Cemetery.
