She was predeceased by: her parents, James Summers and Pauline Staton Summers; her husband Phillip Andrew Stevens; her son Anthony Dirk Stevens; her grandson Byron Scott DeHart; her grandparents, Albert and Ida Sorrell Staton; her brother Larry Summers; and her nephew Tony Holbrook.
She is survived by: her sons, William Scotty Stevens (Sheila) of Lexington, Jeffrey Andrew Stevens, Phillip Ray Stevens (Kimberly) and Joey Dean Stevens; her sister Regina Hopwood of Morehead; and her grandchildren, Candace Keys, Bianca Jordan, Christopher Stevens, Jatana Stevens, Taylor Stevens, Adam Stevens, Marshall Stevens, Aariel Jones, Stephanie Stevens, Samara Stevens, Catherine Stevens, Ryker Stevens, Nicholas Stevens and Brody Stevens. She is also survived by great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
