She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Donahue and Bonnie Mohr Hayes. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Anderson (Michael) of Louisville and Kara Schroader (Toby Hendricks) of Hopkinsville; her siblings, Mark Donahue of Salt Lick, Tona Kidd of Morehead, Tammy Hamric of Salt Lick and Chainn Lewis of Clearfield; and her grandchildren, Charles, Lauren and Leah Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as other family and friends.
