She was predeceased by : her parents, John Mauk and Amanda Victoria Binion Mauk; her husband Alvin Wayne Clark; her daughter Eva Marie Clark; her granddaughter Darlene Marie Clark; and her siblings, Joe J. Mauk and Maxine May Mauk Arnett.

She is survived by : her son Raymond L. Clark (Clara Lee); her granddaughter Christina Maria Clark of Dublin, California; and her sister-in-law Ruth Clark (Rutherford) of Flemingsburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and friends.
