She is survived by: her husband William Leo "Billy" McCormick; her children, William Scott McCormick (Whitney) of Mt. Sterling and Hillary Louise McCormick Blankenship of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Kara Blankenship, Noah Blankenship and Everly McCormick; her great grandchild Claire Blankenship; and her siblings, Kenneth Hunt of Ewing, Susy Wills of Maysville and Tammy Stull of Frenchburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that all contributions be made payable to Hutton Funeral Home, 7634 Hillsboro Road, Hillsboro, KY 41049 to assist with cremation expenses.
