She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wayne Curtis and Thelma Mae Gillispie Curtis; and her brothers, Anthony Wayne "Tony" Curtis and J. D. Curtis. She is survived by: her siblings, Kimberly Gose (Bobby Noble) of Salt Lick, Kentucky and Micah Curtis (Tiffany) of Bloomington, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Georgia Curtis of Owenton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
