He is survived by: his daughter Natasha Ewalt of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Easton, Adeline and Caroline Ewalt; and his siblings, Darrell Lewis (Barbara) of Morehead, Bill Lewis of Lexington, Anna Green (Lee) of Floral City, Patricia Wilson of Floral City and Donna Lewis of Morehead. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
