He is survived by: his wife Glenna Sue Kelly Stevens; his children, Kevin Stevens (Monica) of Soldier and Donna Stevens Thompson of Morehead; his grandchildren, Austin Stevens (Lakota) and Summer Stevens; his great grandchild Everleigh Stevens; and his sisters, Deloris Stevens of Morehead and Juanita Moore of Morehead. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
