She is survived by: her mother Janice Gregory Wells of Morehead; her siblings, Pauletta Keeton (Rick) of West Liberty, Angela LeMay (JK) of Farmers, Melissa Thompson (Stephen) of Owingsville and Christopher Douglas Wells (Hannah) of Morehead; and her stepfather Paul Douglas Wells of Morehead. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and many other extended family members and dear friends.
