She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Edward Charles and Florrey Alice Pugh Charles; and her nephews, Ricky Edward Charles and Anthony Allen Wallace. She is survived by: her sisters, Vincetta "Lynn" Charles of Fleming County, Kimberly Kaye Tindle of Grayson, Deborah Layne Mimbs (Charles Randy) of Fleming County and Marla Joy Duncan of Fleming County. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
