She is survived by: her children, Jonathan (Carrie), Brian (Carol) and Jennifer (Terron); her grandchildren, Dominique, Noah (Gabby), Josh, Katie (Ben), Mikayla, Audrey, Ava and Vada; her great grandchild Astraeus; her siblings, Ronnie Chadwell (Patsy) and Brenda Kenley; her niece Tomi Lei Johnson; and her nephews, Kevin Austin Tarpley, David Chadwell, Patrick Chadwell and Shawn Chadwell.
