She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Allen and Ivory Carter Clevenger; her husband Randall Dee "Randy" Blevins; her sisters, Joyce Varney, Bonnie Conn and Wanda Faye Sagraves; and her pets, Sam and Gracie.
She is survived by: her son Scott Porter; her granddaughter McKenzie Porter of Morehead; and her sisters, Pam Bickel of Lawrenceville, Reda Oney Kegley (Donnie) of Morehead and Sharon Kegley (Jack) of Paris. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351).
