She was predeceased by: her parents, Loranza D. Skaggs and Nola Mae Parker Skaggs; her husband William Daniel Blevins, Sr.; and her siblings, Bud Skaggs, Virginia Mae Skaggs, Una Joyce Parish, Dorothy Maxine Parish and Brenda Fern Sparks.
She is survived by: her children, Danny (Rhonda Blevins, Jr.), Dowe (Pam Blevins), Dana (George Caudill), Darren (Amy Blevins), Derrick (Emily Blevins) and Darla Lewis of Morehead; her grandchildren, Will Caudill, Lee Blevins, Kayla (Brad Sloan), Neenah Caudill, Brittany Blevins, Tyler (Brianna Blevins), Summar Oakley, Christopher (Morgan Oakley), Arlie (Dustin Hogge), Brooke Blevins, Jazlyn Oakley, Tucker Blevins, Grayson Lewis, Toby Blevins, Macy Lewis, Silas Blevins and Gus Blevins; her great grandchildren, Caden Blevins, Brylee Ann DeBord, Parker Sloan, Owen Blevins, Brady Hogge, Palmer Sloan, Larry Hogge, Crue Oakley and Baby Oakley; and her daughter Donna Mae (Chris Oakley). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
