Sharon Lewis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2025, at the age of 82, Sharon Lewis (Morehead, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Curtis "Curt" Pennington and Ferne James Pennington; her son Michael C. Dann; her brother Gary Curtis Pennington; and her pet Wiggles.
She is survived by: her daughter Nikki J. Rushka (Shannon) of Morehead; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Marshall of Lexington; her grandchildren, Christian Mabry, Joshua Bradley, Johnny Bradley, Cheyanne Dann and Shay Dann; her great grandchild Maddie Mabry (Cole); and her nephew Chance W. Pennington (Randy). She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Claire Hospice, 222, Medical Circle, Morehead, KY 40351, who provided excellent care for Sharon.
