He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Lindon (Rusty) of West Liberty, Sharlene Cook of Morehead and Jeffrey Spencer (Teena) of West Liberty; his granddaughter Bridget Bowman; and his siblings, Darvin Spencer of Wellington, Ova Spencer of Melvin, Kentucky, Coletta Bolen of McGuffey, Betty Tuttle of Willard, Muriel Johnson of Willard, Ruth Howard of Jamestown, Gail Sowers of Willard, Ohio and Pat Henry of Willard, Ohio. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
