She was predeceased by: her parents, George T. Wagoner and Beulah Joy Matthews Wagoner; her husband Roger G. Plank; and her brothers, Stanley Wagoner, Robert D. "Bob" Wagoner and Donald R. "Raymond" Wagoner.
She is survived by: her children, Casey Plank (Doreen) of Morehead, Heather Fultz (Travis) of Morehead and Nikki Plank (Ryan) of Morehead; her brothers, Curt Wagoner (Judy) of West Liberty and Ronnie Wagoner (Bonnie) of Clearfield; and her pet Trixie. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; one great-grandson; and four great-granddaughters.
