It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammie Denise Winburn of Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her parents, Dennis Winburn and Carolyn Adkins Winburn of Morehead; her brother Brian Todd Winburn (Melissa) of Clarksville, Indiana; and her nieces, Victoria Winburn, Payton Winburn and Gabrielle Bully. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
