With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Renee Kelsey of Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on March 22, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parent Barbara Vance of Morehead, KY; her husband John Scott Kelsey; her children, Lora Lee Mullins (Chris) of Eminence, KY, William Robert Kelsey of Morehead, KY, Angela Renee Dixon (Robert) of Louisville, KY and Krystal Ann Stivers (Michael) of Louisville, KY; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Dixon, Andrew Dixon and Isaiah Stivers. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, & cousins.
