She is survived by: her husband Randolph "Randy" David Pennington, Sr.; her children, Tonya Faye Pennington of Morehead and Randy David Pennington, Jr. (Nikki); her brother David T. Dickinson of Morehead; and her grandchildren, Kayla Michelle Sims (C. J.), Kyle Wayne Pennington (Gracie), Christopher William Pennington (Tasha), Skyler Smith and Garrett Smith. She is also survived by her family and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
