She was predeceased by : her mother Sheila Lynn Peyton; her husband James Matthew "Jim" Smith; and her grandfather Amos Lynn Peyton. She is survived by : her daughters, Jayda Lynn Smith of Morehead, Myla Rose Smith of Morehead and Sunny Belle Smith of Morehead; her grandmother Pamela Whitt Cameron of Middletown, Ohio; her mother-in-law Lena Smith Middleton of Morehead; and her siblings-in-law, Christopher Todd Smith of Michigan and Cheryl Lynnann Grimes of Morehead. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
