He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Fouch and Merle Moore Fouch; and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his wife Joan Black Fouch; his children, Denise Spencer, Julie Fannin (Ron) and Brian Fouch (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Ty Spencer (Justice), Lindsey Holbrook (Josh), Andrew Fouch (Bailey), Abbey Garner (Cameron), Kensey Russell (Aaron), Alec Fouch and Laney Mays; his great grandchildren, Cami, Liam, Maeve, Bowen and Tate; and his nephew Billy Bruce Fouch.
