She is survived by: her close friend Dierk Giese; her children, Jesus, Heiko Giese (Theresa) of Pikeville, KY, Maud Taylor (Lenny) of Lexington, KY, Peter Giese (Johanna) of Gastonia, NC, Rebecca Campbell of Lexington, KY, Markus Giese (Diana) of Olive Hill, KY, Reuben Giese of Morehead, KY, Manoah Giese (Susanna) of Weaverville, NC, Michael Giese (Izeria) of Morehead, KY and Matthew Giese of Morehead, KY; her sister Elke Barna of Hamden, CT; her sisters-in-law, Dagmar Fuhrmann of North Haven, CT and Maleen Hake of Hamburg, Germany.; Uwe. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
