She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Shannon L. Smith-Stephens (Recole); her granddaughter Rhiannon Hope Greer (Shadow); her great grandchildren, Adley Hope and Emmett Allen Greer; and her close friend Darlene Evans.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at the Smith-Stephens Family Cemetery (6821 Grahn Rd, Olive Hill, KY 41164).
