He is survived by: his wife Shirley Puckett Caudill; his daughter Kimberly Lloyd of Delaware, Ohio; and his siblings, George "Frosty" Caudill (Faye) and Carolyn Clark (Charles) of Olive Hill.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fraley Chapel Church.
