He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman E. Fugett and Cassie C. Watkins Fugett; and his sisters, Barbara Anne Callihan and Sandra J. "Sandy" Fugett Ferguson. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Utterback Fugett; his sons, William Fugett, Jr. of Havana and Rodney Fugett (Sandy) of Morehead, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jessie Fugett and Shelby Halliday (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Saylor and Andi Halliday; his siblings, Dwayne P. Fugett (Janice) and Norma Jean Adams (Lawrence) of New Carlisle, Ohio; and his brother-in-law Barry Ferguson of Flatwoods. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Brown Cemetery (1845 US-60, Morehead, KY 40351).
