He is survived by: his parents, Beverly Jane "Janie" Halsey Manning of Morehead and Eugene Scott Manning (Willa) of Flemingsburg; his close friend Shauna L. B. Manning of Morehead; his daughter Hayley Manning; the mother of his child Tiffany Taulbee Adkins of West Liberty; his brother Bradley Scott Manning of Morehead; and his niece Senora R. Manning of Morgan County. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as other family and friends.
