She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Clarence and Clyda Marie Lowery (Smith); her siblings, Roy Kenneth Lowery, Walter "Bud" Clarence, David Ralph Lowery, Wynonia Cordelia and Lillian Faye Lowery; and her son-in-law Daniel Keith "Boone" Omohundro.
She is survived by: her husband Hurley "Charlie" Belt; her daughters, Tina Louise Omohundro (late Daniel Keith "Boone") and Kelley Marie Mitchell (Garry); her stepson Lincoln Ray Belt (Lana); and her brother James Ray Lowery. She is also survived by grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
