She is survived by: her husband Dan Thomas of Morganfield, KY; and her children, Adam Thomas of Evansville, IN, Danial Thomas of Henderson, KY and Mendy Gamble of San Antonio, TX. She is also survived by Grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
