She is survived by : her children, David Blake (Dorene) of Clearwater, FL and Susan Morris (Shane) of Robards, KY; her grandchildren, Maddie Blake of Treasure Island, FL, Morgan Prescott (Jed) of Belair Bluffs, FL, Elayna Carver of Robards, KY and Emily Thomas of Robards, KY; her sister Sharon Preston (Gary); and her siblings-in-law, Donna Clements of Waverly, KY, Marie White (Bob) of Sturgis, KY, Pam Blake, Fl1 and Sam Blake (Kay).
