He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Smith of Morganfield, KY; his children, Tammy Carman (Jeffrey Guillerman), Tabitha Powell (Jason) of Morganfield, KY and Zebulon Zane Smith (Terri) of Florida; his grandchildren, Bo, Xanadu, Lacie, Dyllan, Jade, Alexis, Dustin, Haley Alexis, Oak, Mya of Sky, C. J., Ash and Rowan; his great grandchildren, Ella Rose, Levi, Delilah, Jase and Gia; and his sisters, Robin Howard and Cindy Ann Smith.
